Michele Barnett

For the past 29 years, Ms. Barnett has held positions in the field of human resources and employee relations with 20 of those years working for LS Gallegos & Associates. Michele is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of LSG's human resource function. She is an expert in human resource strategy and planning, staffing, as well as compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development, training, corporate medical operations, employee assistance programs, and payroll. Michele holds a  Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and studied accounting at Regis University.
