Mark Shotkoski

Mr. Shotkoski joined LS Gallegos and Associates, Inc. as a Senior Transportation Consultant and now serves as the Vice-President of Highways, Tollways and Municipal Services. He brings more than 34 years of experience to the LSG team. The majority of Mr. Shotkoski’s career has been specifically focused on transportation from his 18-plus years as a consultant to the most-recent 16 years as an owner/operator of a toll road concession in the metro Denver area. His consulting experience ranges from NEPA and EIS planning work, into all stages of design and construction oversight/management for rail and roadway projects. Mr. Shotkoski managed and led a variety of consulting duties with some of Denver’s largest transportation programs. He brings a unique, all-encompassing skill set that he garnered from being the toll road concession’s Director of Planning, Engineering and Maintenance where every facet of municipality, developer, or other stakeholder coordination along with horizontal and vertical infrastructure operations received his detail-oriented approach to management. Mr. Shotkoski is a licensed engineer in Colorado and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
