Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority (Colorado)
- Served as the lead project management support services contractor during project planning and feasibility engineering phase.
E-470 Segment 2 Construction Phase (Denver Metropolitan Area)
- Provided construction inspection, quality assurance and document control.
E-470 Segments 2 and 3 Lane Expansion Projects
- Provided independent cost estimating and contractor negotiations for contract guaranteed maximum price.
Illinois Tollway Authority
- On behalf of the Authority, performed a national survey to determine various states’ allowable contracting methods for design, construction, operations and maintenance of toll highway systems. The intent of the study was to provide data to the Authority to demonstrate that other tollway authorities were utilizing alternative contracting methods other than the Authority’s typical design-build contracting approach. Also, performed a cost review of a planned new toll highway segment.
