Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro)
- LAX/Crenshaw Light Rail Transit and Southwest Yards Project – LSG provided four full-time, on-site senior civil, mechanical and electrical cost estimators to support contractor change order negotiations.
AMTRAK’s Americans with Disabilities Action Stations Program (ADASP)
- LSG has provided project management support personnel integrated with Amtrak personnel since 2009. To meet the schedule to bring all stations into compliance by fiscal year 2027. LSG provides staff members including Document Control Managers and Specialists, Contract Administrators, Cultural Resource Managers, as well as a Program Coordinator and an Invoice Control Specialist.
Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD), FasTracks, Eagle P3 Project
- LSG provided an on-site team to support components of the project control function including document control and project scheduling.
Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Project Management Oversight Contractor (PMOC) Services
- LSG serves as an extension of staff performing in an important and critical management and technology oversight on federally funded transit programs nationwide. LSG’s FTA PMO experience includes various transit technologies: Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail Transit, Heavy Rail Rapid Transit, Electrified Trolley, Electrified Commuter Rail and Diesel-Powered Commuter Rail in FTA Regions 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and Lower Manhattan Recovery Office (LMRO).
Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Program Management Consultant Services (PMC)
- LSG supports Houston METRO with PMC services to supplement and support METRO staff in the following areas: project controls; project scheduling; Project Management (PM) / Federal Transit Administration (FTA) support; and quality management.
