CDOT Minors and Ancillary Structure Inspections

LSG is currently providing structure inspection services to support the on-going Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) project to update the inventory and inspect the Minor structures on Colorado’s state highway system and to report the conditions of the individual structures to CDOT Staff Bridge.

LSG has the responsibility for the inspection of 200+ structures per year. Specific project tasks include coordination of traffic control and closures with major stakeholders, physical and visual inspection of structures and bridges, data recording and entry in the state database (via SIMSA), structure reporting, notification of critical findings and priority maintenance items, and overall QC/QA of field data and project deliverables.
