DEN Hotel & Transit Center

The $700 million DEN Hotel and Transit Center included design and construction for: a 500-room hotel and conference center; RTD’s East Corridor Commuter Rail Transit Station at DEN; improvements to the existing concourse baggage and train systems; and an open-air plaza, complete with new concessions and leasable space, connecting with the existing Jeppesen Terminal.  LS Gallegos as a sub consultant provided project management and construction management support including, contracts administration, document control, cost estimating, project administration, interior design and construction inspection during the design, construction and close-out phases of the project. The Westin Hotel opened in November 2015 and the Transit Center opened in April 2016.
