PPRTA Capital Improvement & Bridge Asset Management

LS Gallegos is currently providing a 14-member team of Program Management and Bridge Asset Management personnel in a staff augmentation support services role to assist the City manage and deliver roadway and bridge capital infrastructure projects for PPRTA cities. Our PPRTA dedicated staff are integrated with City program management personnel with some of our personnel located in the City offices, and others located in the field, providing seamless program delivery for the City. The City uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate our team’s performance. During the four quarters in 2023 our team received high KPI Scores.
